Role Description The candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet business process and application requirements.

- Machine Learning Algorithms

- SAP Joule for Consultants (J4C)
- SAP Signavio (Functional)

Key Responsibilities

- Requirement gathering and stakeholder management
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off and Time Tracking
- Integrate Employee Central with other SAP and third-party systems




- Drive fit-to-standard workshops and business process discussions
- Develop and maintain HR reports and analytics
- Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights

Required Experience

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Employee Central Time Off
- Time Tracking
- Time Evaluation
- Overtime (OT) Rules
- At least 2 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects
- Experience working in an onshore-offshore delivery model
- Strong requirement gathering and client-facing experience
