Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP PS (Project Systems) Senior Consultant with strong expertise in implementing and supporting SAP PS solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, test, and deploy project management and project accounting processes integrated with SAP S/4HANA .

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to project planning, execution, costing, budgeting, and settlement.
- Configure and support SAP PS functionalities including:
- Project Structures – Project Definition & WBS Elements
- Networks and Activities
- Project Planning and Scheduling
- Cost Planning and Budgeting
- Project Procurement Integration
- Project Revenue Recognition
- Project Settlement and Period-End Activities
- Design and support integration between SAP PS and FI, CO, MM, SD, AA, and PM modules.
- Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare activities.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and coordinate with technical teams.
- Conduct workshops, user training,



and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Project Systems (PS) .
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations or rollouts .
- Deep understanding of project lifecycle management and project accounting.
- Strong experience with:
- WBS Structures
- Networks
- Project Budgeting & Availability Control
- Settlement Rules
- Resource Planning
- Results Analysis
- Strong integration knowledge with FI/CO, MM, SD, and Asset Accounting .
- Experience preparing functional design documents and test scripts.
- Ability to independently interact with business users and drive workshops.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in Engineering, Oil & Gas, EPC, Manufacturing, or Qualified Services industries.
- Exposure to SAP Fiori applications related to Project Systems.
- Knowledge of SAP PPM, CPM, or EPPM is an added advantage.
- SAP PS certification preferred.
