Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP Consultant with around 3 years of experience to join our SAP consulting team. The candidate should have positive functional knowledge of SAP Production Planning (PP) and experience in implementation, support, and business process configuration.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand business requirements related to Production Planning and Manufacturing processes.
- Configure and support SAP PP modules based on business requirements.
- Work on Production Planning, MRP, Demand Management, and Shop Floor processes.

- Configure and maintain

- Material Master PP views

- BOM (Bill of Materials)

- Work Centers

- Routings

- Production Versions

- MRP parameters

- Production Orders
- Handle MRP runs, planned orders, production orders, confirmations, and goods movements.
- Analyze and resolve production planning-related issues raised by business users.
- Work closely with SAP MM, SD, QM and FI/CO teams for cross-functional integration.




- Participate in requirement gathering, testing, UAT and deployment activities.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical/ABAP teams for developments.
- Provide user support and prepare relevant process documentation and training materials.
- Participate in implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PP.
- Strong understanding of SAP PP business processes.
- Good knowledge of MRP, Production Orders, BOM, Routing, Work Centers and Production Versions.
- Experience in Production Planning and Shop Floor execution.
- Understanding of integration with SAP MM, SD and QM.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business users and technical teams.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA will be an added advantage.
