Roles and Responsibilities :

- Conducted As-Is study, gap analysis and To-Be process design for Material Master, BOM, Work Centres and Routings.

- Provided SAP MM/PP/QM/SD/FICO production support, resolving MRP, interface, configuration and enhancement issues within SLAs.

- Configured PP Master Data and MRP, including BOMs, Routings, Work Centres, MRP Controllers, Production Schedulers and planning orders.

- Supported MTS/MTO processes and production order management, including scheduling, availability checks, confirmations and order-type parameters.

- Maintained SAP QM configuration, including Inspection Types, Inspection Plans and Sampling Procedures.

- Prepared process documentation and knowledge-transfer material and mentored new joiners on project and system processes.

Job Requirements :

- 5-10 years of experience in implementing SAP PPQM (Production Planning & Quality Management) solutions.

- Solid understanding of MTO (Materialize CSS) framework for building custom interfaces in SAP systems.

- Experience working with member technical staff or similar roles involving collaboration with internal stakeholders.
