We have ambitious growth targets in APAC market, and this role will play a pivotal role in helping achieve these targets.

Role Summary: We are looking for an SAP PP-QM (Production Planning & Quality Management) Consultant with 4–6 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting integrated production and quality processes. The ideal candidate has worked across discrete and/or process manufacturing environments, understands the tight PP-QM-MM-SD integration points, and is comfortable contributing to fit-to-standard workshops, configuration, testing, and go-live/hypercare support, ideally with S/4HANA exposure.

Role Requirements:

· Participate in Fit-to-Standard / Fit-Gap workshops to map manufacturing and quality business requirements to standard SAP processes.

· Configure core PP processes: material requirements planning (MRP), BOM, routing/work centers, production/process orders, order confirmation, and goods movements.

· Configure core QM processes: inspection types, inspection plans, sampling procedures, results recording, usage decisions, and quality notifications.

· Design and configure inspection lot triggers across the value chain (goods receipt, in-process, goods issue, delivery) and integrate with batch management.

· Support batch/lot management, shelf-life expiration, and batch determination,



including FEFO/FIFO strategies where applicable.

· Configure Quality Certificates and Certificate of Analysis (CoA) processes for regulated or customer-mandated quality documentation.

· Collaborate with MM, SD, and FI/CO teams to ensure integrated procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and costing flows involving inspection lots and stock postings.

· Prepare functional specifications for custom developments (forms, interfaces, enhancements) and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams.

· Drive SIT/UAT cycles, prepare test scripts, and manage defect resolution.

· Support data migration activities (e.g., BOMs, routings, inspection plans, open production orders) using tools like LTMC/LTMOM or Migration Cockpit.

· Support cutover activities and hypercare post go-live.

Preferred Skills

· SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing or Quality Management certification.

· Exposure to Variant Configuration (VC) or Repetitive Manufacturing (REM).

· Experience working in offshore-onshore delivery models with UK/US/EU clients.

Education

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
