ROLE- SAP Payroll- Senior Executive ( Finance and Accounts)

Experience - 6 to 10 Years

Location - Chh.Sambhaji Nagar(Aurangabad,Maharashtra)

SAP Salary Processing, Salary Checking, Income Tax Working, Monthly Payroll MIS, Gratuity & Super Annuation Fund, Leave & Gratuity Actuarial Working As per Policy, Monthly ESIC, PF, PT, Income Tax, LWF Returns Preparation and Timely Payment.

Salary Monthly Provision – BONUS, API, DPI, Leave, Gratuity

Detailed Justification/ :

1. Verification of pay elements in SAP, Payroll Area, Sub Area for Prof. Tax and Income tax calculation
2. Accuracy of Earnings (Basic, HRA, Allowances) & Deductions (PT, PF, ESIC, NPS, SA)
3. Salary Reconciliation – Last vs Current Month, Variations with Remarks
4. Timely preparation of Bank File, Approval & Salary JV Posting
5. Processing within 7 days of receipt,



Gratuity/Leave encashment as per Act
6. Preparation, Actuarial Valuation & SAP Entries
7. Actuarial valuation on Quarterly basis and accordingly passing the entries in the books. PT, ESIC, PF, TDS on Salaries, MLWB, Quarterly 24Q Filing and timely payment as per due date
8. Resolution of payroll related queries
9. Bonus payment to left employees
10. Collaboration with HR & resolving the issues of Employees
11. Error-free, Payroll Data & Continuous Improvements
12. Correctness of Form 16, Transfer of unpaid wages/bonus to Govt.
13. Supporting cross-functional teams in payroll & compliance.
