/ Responsibilities:

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant with a robust knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle in an automotive environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in EDI, IDOCs, Scheduling Agreements, ATP, and integration with MM and FICO modules. Exposure to SAP HANA migration projects will be an added advantage. The role involves working on ECC systems while supporting ongoing transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support SAP SD processes across Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and invoicing

- Configure and support Scheduling Agreements and Automotive-specific processes (JIT/JIS exposure is a plus)

- Work on EDI integrations with customers and suppliers (ANSI X12, EDIFACT messages)

- Handle IDOCs configuration, monitoring,



and troubleshooting for inbound and outbound processes

- Support and optimize ATP (Available-to-Promise) functionality and related enhancements

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with MM (Materials Management) and FICO (Finance & Controlling)

- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation for SD-related enhancements

- Provide production support, resolve incidents, and ensure SLA adherence

- Work closely with business users to improve system usage and process efficiency

- Assist in data validation, testing, and documentation for system changes
