Role & responsibilities
- Perform daily SAP transactions for inventory, production, stores, purchase and dispatch.
- Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Goods Issue (GI) and stock-transfer transactions.
- Maintain accurate material master, stock and inventory records.
- Enter production confirmations and material consumption in SAP.
- Monitor SAP stock and reconcile it with physical inventory.
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly SAP reports.
- Coordinate with Stores, Production, Purchase, PPC, Quality, Accounts and Logistics teams.
- Verify supporting documents before making SAP entries.
- Identify and resolve basic SAP transaction errors and coordinate with IT/SAP support when required.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy and timely transactions
