Assess and improve the quality of master data across the organization

Lead data cleansing deduplication standardization and governance activities Based on MDM bestpractice guidance and SAP MDG experience documents

Review SAP master data such as

- Customer Master
- Vendor Master
- Material Master
- Business Partner Data

Identify data quality issues and define corrective actions Support data migration and conversion planning from SAP to a nonSAP system

Define data mapping transformation and migration readiness strategies

Work closely with business and IT teams to ensure successful execution

Lead workshops and drive discussions with stakeholders

Coordinate across functions such as Finance Procurement Supply Chain Sales and IT





Manage risks issues and dependencies related to data programs

Establish data governance processes and ownership models

Act as the overall lead who can steer the ship and drive the program forward

Required Experience Strong experience in SAP MDG

Experience with data cleansing harmonization migration and conversion projects

Experience in largescale SAP transformation programs

Robust stakeholder management and leadership skills

Ability to work with both business users and technical teams

Experience in SAP to Non SAP migration projects is highly preferred
