? About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP Consultant with strong expertise in Demand and Supply Planning to join our team in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of overall experience, including 6+ years of hands-on SAP IBP experience , with strong knowledge of S&OP;, demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, IBP configuration, and integration .

?️ Key Skills & Requirements

- 8+ years of overall experience with 6+ years of SAP IBP experience
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP IBP Demand & Supply Planning
- Strong understanding of S&OP; / Integrated Business Planning processes
- Experience with planning areas, planning levels, key figures, attributes, and planning operators
- Strong knowledge of time profiles and master data configuration
- Experience with demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization
- Positive understanding of scenario planning and what-if simulations
- Experience designing executive dashboards, KPIs, and planning views
- Strong knowledge of SAP IBP integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or other ERP systems
- Experience with CPI-DS, SDI, RTI, or equivalent integration technologies
- Good knowledge of SAP HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud
- Strong experience in testing, deployment, cutover, go-live, and hypercare
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

? Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Implementation

- Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of SAP IBP S&OP; solutions
- Design planning models, planning levels, key figures, attributes, and planning areas
- Configure time profiles, master data, and planning operators
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications

Demand & Supply Planning

- Drive business process design across demand, supply, inventory,



and S&OP;
- Facilitate planning workshops with business stakeholders
- Define KPIs and support scenario planning and executive decision-making
- Align demand and supply plans to improve overall planning effectiveness

Integration & Data

- Coordinate integration between SAP IBP, S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and other source systems
- Validate master data, data flows, and planning results
- Troubleshoot integration issues and planning logic
- Ensure data quality and consistency across planning processes

Testing & Deployment

- Lead SIT and UAT activities
- Validate planning logic, calculations, and simulations
- Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare
- Provide ongoing production support and issue resolution

Stakeholder & Team Leadership

- Act as the primary functional lead for business stakeholders
- Conduct workshops, demos, and solution walkthroughs
- Mentor junior SAP IBP consultants
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful solutions

Continuous Improvement

- Identify opportunities to optimize planning processes
- Drive enhancements, automation, and performance improvements
- Provide recommendations to improve overall planning maturity and business outcomes
