Must-Have Skills : SAP ILM, SAP GDPR, Data Retention, Legal Hold, Retention Policies, ILM Objects/Rules, Retention Warehouse, Data Destruction, SAP Archiving (SARA), Oracle DB, SQL, SAP ILM Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement SAP ILM strategies for data retention, legal hold, data residence and destruction.
- Configure ILM objects, rules, policies and Retention Warehouse.
- Implement ILM-enabled archiving using SARA and manage retention periods.
- Handle GDPR/data privacy, audit and legal-hold requirements.
- Execute controlled and auditable data destruction with proper audit logs.
- Support system decommissioning, carve-outs and divestitures through compliant data retention.
- Provide L3 support, troubleshooting, RCA, UAT and validation for ILM solutions.
- Work with Business, Legal, Compliance, BASIS and Archiving teams as SAP ILM SME.
- Maintain ILM configuration, retention-policy and compliance documentation.

Preferred : SAP MAS, Manufacturing, Pharma/Medical Device, GxP Validation, ITIL, European language.
