We're looking for a SAP HRM/HCM Consultant to support and enhance our HR systems, covering core HR, payroll, time management, and employee self-service functionalities.
Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll
- Handle employee data management and HR process automation
- Support integration with ESS/MSS portals
- Troubleshoot HR-related issues and provide user support
- Assist in HR process improvements and reporting
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SAP HCM implementation/support
- Knowledge of Indian payroll (or relevant country payroll) is a plus
- Experience with SuccessFactors is an advantage
- Solid communication skills for stakeholder coordination
