Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to SAP ECC users, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP ECC configurations, procedures, and best practices.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical production systems.
Job Requirements :
- Robust in SAP Basics, S4 Hana additional advantage
- Business discussion and tools what they are using (JIRA / Confluence / Service Now..)
- Worked on FIORIs
- Configured E2E business use cases (Intergrations mostly with other teams & Non-ERP systems)
- Currently part of ECC & HANA projects and working in Support or doing some developments
- Command in their work area
