5–8 years of experience as an SAP SD/O2 C Functional Consultant. Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration. Mandatory experience in at least one end-to-end greenfield SAP S/4 HANA Retail implementation, covering design, configuration, testing and go-live. Strong understanding of SAP Order-to-Cash processes.
Experience in retail sales processes including POS sales, pricing, promotions, returns and refunds.
Strong knowledge of: Sales Order Management Pricing & Condition Techniques Delivery & Shipping Billing Output Determination Rebates Revenue Account Determination Credit Management Accounts Receivable integration Experience supporting SIT, UAT, cutover and hypercare for multi-site/multi-store rollouts. Ability to create high-quality functional specifications and test scripts. Good understanding of integration with SAP Finance.

Exposure to SAP IS-Retail. Exposure to SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository).
Exposure to SAP POS / POS DM. Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA Fiori sales applications. Experience with multi-country or multi-location retail implementations. SAP S/4 HANA Sales certification is an advantage. Experience working with Jira, SAP Solution Manager or similar tools. Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies. Soft Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
