nMandatory Skills & Experience

- 5–8 years of experience as an SAP SD/O2C Functional Consultant.
n
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration.
n
- Mandatory experience in at least one end-to-end greenfield SAP S/4HANA Retail implementation, covering design, configuration, testing and go-live.
n
- Strong understanding of SAP Order-to-Cash processes.
n
- Experience in retail sales processes including POS sales, pricing, promotions, returns and refunds.
n
- Strong knowledge of:

- Sales Order Management
n
- Pricing & Condition Techniques
n
- Delivery & Shipping
n
- Billing
n
- Output Determination
n
- Rebates
n
- Revenue Account Determination
n
- Credit Management
n
- Accounts Receivable integration

- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, cutover and hypercare for multi-site/multi-store rollouts.

- Ability to create high-quality functional specifications and test scripts.

- Positive understanding of integration with SAP Finance.

- Exposure to SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository).

- Exposure to SAP POS / POS DM.

- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Fiori sales applications.

- Experience with multi-country or multi-location retail implementations.

- SAP S/4HANA Sales certification is an advantage.

- Experience working with Jira, SAP Solution Manager or similar tools.

- Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.

nEducation
