Role Description:
The Program Associate is a full time role. This role involves supporting the design, planning, and implementation of immersive programs for children, including coordinating schedules, logistics, and communication with partners and participants.

The Program Associate will assist in monitoring program progress, collecting feedback, and preparing reports and documentation to improve program quality and outcomes.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting research to inform program content, engaging with stakeholders, facilitating sessions or activities when required, and ensuring smooth operations across all program phases. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to maintain alignment with Pravaha’s mission and standards.

What you will do:
- Program delivery: Help plan and execute online and residential programs, including program planning, student selection, student welfare, onboarding, logistics, and coordination with faculty, volunteers, and interns.
- People and communication: Handle enquiries and ongoing communication with parents, students, faculty, and partners. Resolve issues, manage expectations, and make considered decisions.
