nAbout the Role
nAarthik Solutions LLP is looking for a driven and relationship-oriented Channel Partnership Manager to strengthen and expand our financial partner network.
nThe role involves identifying potential partners, presenting the Aarthik Partner opportunity, onboarding new partners, and supporting them in building a successful financial services business.
nKey Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire current channel partners through networking, referrals, field activities, and business development.n
- Explain the Aarthik Partner model, career opportunities, and earning potential to prospective partners.n
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective partners.n
- Achieve monthly and quarterly partner acquisition targets.n
- Manage the complete partner onboarding and activation process.n




- Coordinate NISM/IRDA certification requirements for eligible partners.n
- Provide regular training, guidance, and support to channel partners.n
- Build long-term relationships and monitor partner performance.n
- Maintain accurate partner records and reports through CRM.n
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial industry regulations.n

nRequirements

- n
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.n
- Finance background is mandatory.n
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales, Business Development, Banking, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Wealth Management, NBFC, Stock Broking, or Financial Distribution.n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.n
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.n
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.n
- Comfortable with CRM and basic computer applications.n
- Willingness to travel for partner meetings
