nKey Responsibilities
nTeam Leadership & People Management
n
- n
- Lead recruitment, onboarding and development of the Regional Medical Advisor (RMA) team.n
- Build and manage a high-performing RMA team through coaching, mentoring and performance management.n
- Develop and deliver scientific and medical training programs for RMAs.n
- Ensure consistency in scientific knowledge, medical excellence and field medical practices across the business.n
- Drive talent development, succession planning and employee retention.n
- Ensure timely reporting of any Product Complaints, ADRs or Adverse Events to the Pharmacovigilance (PV) team.n

nMedical Affairs & Scientific Leadership

- n




- Lead the development of Medical Affairs strategies and field medical capabilities.n
- Ensure high-quality scientific support for internal stakeholders and external healthcare professionals.n
- Support disease awareness, scientific exchange and product lifecycle management across assigned therapeutic areas.n
- Identify operational improvements and implement best practices within the RMA function.n

nCross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Medical Affairs, Marketing and Sales teams to ensure alignment of business objectives.n
- Support Medico-Marketing initiatives including Advisory Boards, Medical Booths, Educational Programs and Scientific Events.n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute medical and clinical strategies.n
- Share insights from Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and the external medical community with internal stakeholders.n
