Job Profile:
- Convening and holding of Board, Committee and shareholders meeting, virtual as well as physical mode.
- Drafting of notice, agenda, circular resolutions, minutes of Board, Committee and Shareholders meeting.
- Filing of various forms and returns with ROC, Stock Exchanges etc.
- Periodic compliances of Equity under SEBI LODR.
- Maintenance of Statutory Registers and records.
