nThe Crafture is a Gurugram-based bespoke furniture studio creating handcrafted, made-to-order furniture for homes, hospitality spaces and design-led businesses. With our own manufacturing setup, we work across solid wood, cane and upholstery to deliver distinctive, durable pieces and complete-home furniture solutions.
nThe Role
nWe are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer who can plan, execute and scale paid campaigns across Meta and Google. You will own the complete performance funnel - from audience strategy and creative testing to tracking, optimisation and lead quality. The role is ideal for someone who is analytical, commercially aware and comfortable working closely with founders, sales and creative teams.
nKey Responsibilities
nPlan, launch and optimise lead-generation and conversion campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
nOwn campaign structure, audience segmentation, keyword strategy, bidding, budgets and daily performance optimisation.
nDrive qualified enquiries for full-home furniture, bespoke furniture,



hospitality projects and B2B partnerships across priority cities.
nTrack and improve core metrics including spend, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, CPL, CAC, ROAS and lead-to-sale conversion.
nBuild a disciplined testing calendar for creative formats, hooks, copy, audiences, offers and landing pages.
nTranslate campaign data into transparent creative briefs and work with the design/content team to produce higher-performing ads.
nSet up and maintain accurate tracking through GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel/CAPI, UTMs and relevant conversion events.
nConnect marketing performance with lead quality and sales outcomes using Zoho CRM, WhatsApp and website enquiry data.
nPrepare concise weekly reports with insights, learnings, budget recommendations and next actions - not just metric dumps.
nMonitor competitors, platform changes and emerging opportunities without chasing trends that do not support business out
