Role Description
This is a full time, remote role for a Sales & Marketing Executive.
You'll work closely with the founders to drive outbound sales, lead generation, and marketing initiatives that contribute directly to business growth. The role combines sales execution, prospect communication, lead generation, and marketing, giving you hands-on exposure to how B2B companies acquire and convert customers.
This is a high-ownership execution role where you'll work on real campaigns, interact with prospects, manage leads,



and use modern AI-powered tools and automation to build and improve sales processes.

Responsibilities
- Manage cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Create personalized outreach messages and follow-ups
- Generate, research, and qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospects
- Communicate with prospects and build professional relationships
- Assist with content marketing, social media, and campaign execution
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports
- Collaborate directly with the founders on sales and marketing initiat
