Hiring: Production In-Charge - Chlorination Plant

Location: Changodar-Bavla Road

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech - Chemical Engineering

Experience: 2+ years in Chlorination Plant Production

Job Type: Shift-based

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day chlorination plant operations and achieve production targets.

Ensure desired product quality for CAC, MCAA, DCAC, TCAA/TCAC.

Monitor and control temperature, pressure, and chlorine dosing rate.

Ensure safe handling of chlorine and hazardous chemicals.

Manage chlorination reactions, over-chlorination, and side reactions.

Take quick decisions during reaction upsets and chlorine leakage emergencies.

Maintain batch records, production reports, and log sheets.

Coordinate with QC, Maintenance, and Safety/EHS teams.





Follow plant SOPs, safety procedures, and process standards.

Required Skills:
Strong practical knowledge of chlorination plant operations.

Valuable understanding of Cl₂ handling and chlorination reactions.

Knowledge of CAC/MCAA/DCAC/TCAA/TCAC production.

Strong process monitoring, troubleshooting, and safety awareness.

Ability to work independently in a shift environment.

Preferred Location: Bavla, Changodar & nearby areas

Reporting To: Production Manager

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
