SYNCAIP is Hiring: SAP FICO Consultants Principal & Senior Principal Roles

We are looking for experienced SAP FICO Consultants to join our team for permanent positions across the UK and India.

Locations

Onshore – UK

Offshore – Pune / Bangalore

Experience: 8+ Years

Employment Type: Permanent

Key Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO
- Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Strong knowledge of core Finance processes including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling
- Experience in end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, and support projects
- Strong understanding of integration with modules such as SD and MM
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Ability to work with business stakeholders and provide functional leadership
- Experience handling complex business requirements and resolving critical functional issues
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Experience

- Multiple SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
- Experience in global SAP transformation programmes
- SAP certification in Finance / S/4HANA would be an advantage
