Position: SAP FICO Lead Consultant

Experience: 8+ Years

Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage SAP FICO implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
- Handle a team of SAP FICO consultants and provide technical/functional guidance.
- Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications (BRD/FS).
- Configure and support FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO modules (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing).
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, cross-functional SAP teams, and project managers.
- Manage issue resolution, change requests, testing, and deployment activities.
- Ensure project delivery within timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor junior consultants and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of SAP FICO experience with implementation and support projects.
- Solid expertise in FI and CO modules.
- Hands-on experience in GST, taxation, and financial business processes.
- Experience in S/4HANA is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and team-handling experience.
