Role Overview:

Looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors / Employee Central (EC Core) qualified to work on HR digital transformation and SAP HCM consulting projects. The role involves understanding client requirements, configuring and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions, and leveraging SAP Joule and Copilot/AI capabilities to improve HR processes and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC Core) solutions.
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions.




- Configure and optimize Employee Central workflows, HR processes and employee data.
- Utilize SAP Joule and Copilot/AI capabilities to enhance HR operations and user experience.
- Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven process improvement.
- Provide implementation support, troubleshooting and user training.
- Collaborate with clients and technical teams to deliver HR transformation initiatives.
- Improve HR processes through digitalization and automation.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance and effective HR reporting.
