Role Summary
Seeking an experienced SAP CS/CRM Consultant with 5-10 years of experience in SAP implementation and transformation projects. The role involves working closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize SAP Customer Service and CRM solutions.equirements
- 510 years of relevant SAP CS/CRM experience.
- Hands-on experience in SAP CS, SAP CRM, or SAP C4C.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Customer Management preferred.
- Solid client-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- SAP certification is an added advantage.
