Position: SAP CO Consultant

Location: Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangalore

Contract

Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP CO implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support activities.

Configure and support SAP CO based on business requirements.

Strong experience in

Cost Center Accounting (CCA)

Profit Center Accounting (PCA)

Internal Orders

Product Costing

Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)

Actual and Plan Costing

Work on month-end and year-end closing activities.

Handle integration of CO with FI, MM, SD, PP, and other relevant modules.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

Prepare functional specifications for required developments and enhancements.

Lead testing activities including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.

Identify and resolve complex production issues.

Coordinate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, enhancements, and integrations.

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide effective solutions.

Support data migration, cutover,



and go-live activities.

Prepare functional documentation, process documents, and user guides.

Mentor junior SAP CO consultants and provide functional guidance.

Participate in continuous improvement and optimization of SAP processes.

Required Skills

8+ years of hands-on SAP CO experience.

Strong configuration knowledge across core SAP CO processes.

Strong understanding of FI-CO integration.

Valuable knowledge of integration with MM, SD, and PP.

Experience in SAP implementation and production support projects.

Strong experience in requirement gathering and solution design.

Good understanding of financial and controlling business processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly preferred.
