SAP Cloud ALM:

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and configure SAP Cloud ALM for Operations and Implementation

- Set up Landscape Onboarding and Managed Components (S/4HANA Cloud, Integration Suite, etc.)

- Configure Integration &
- Exception Monitoring, Business Process Monitoring

- Monitor health, jobs, and integrations across cloud and hybrid systems

- Analyze alerts and perform proactive issue resolution

- Integrate SAP Cloud ALM with JIRA, SNOW, Signavio &

- Tosca

- Support event-based integration and webhook troubleshooting

- Work with SAP APIs for data collection, event forwarding, and automation

- Drive best practices for cloud ALM adoption and governance

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of SAP Cloud ALM architecture

- Hands-on experience with Monitoring (Integration, Exception, Health)

- Knowledge of SAP BTP, Cloud Connector, IAS/IPS

- Experience with External API management, API-based integrations (REST, OAuth, Webhooks)

- Familiarity with event mesh / integration patterns (preferred)

SAP Solution Manager:

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and configure SAP Solution Manager (7.2),



including System Preparation, Basic Configuration, and Managed System Setup

- Manage Change Request Management (ChaRM) and ITSM processes

- Configure and monitor Technical Monitoring, System Monitoring, and Job Monitoring

- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using tools like E2E Trace, Workload Analysis, and Exception Analysis

- Integrate Solution Manager with SAP Cloud ALM, Focused Run, and external tools (e.g., Jira)

- Handle EarlyWatch Alerts (EWA) and system health checks

- Maintain Solution Documentation and Business Process Monitoring

- Manage Test Suite, BPCA, and Test Automation

- Troubleshoot integration and connectivity issues (HTTP, RFC, APIs)

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of SAP SolMan 7.2 architecture

- Hands-on experience in ChaRM, ITSM, Monitoring, RCA

- Familiarity with SAP Basis, Web Dispatcher, SAP Router

- Knowledge of API integration, REST services, and cloud connectors

- Experience with SAP Cloud ALM / Focused Run (not mandatory)
