Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Airoli. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outbound calls and meetings, and presenting Neural IT’s Software to prospective clients.

Daily activities include preparing and delivering sales pitches, managing a sales pipeline, following up on inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to understand service capabilities,



negotiating terms, and working toward set revenue and growth targets. The Salesperson is expected to build strong client relationships, provide regular status updates, and contribute to sales strategies that support business expansion.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex services clearly and persuasively.
- Basic understanding of IT and service-based solutions; familiarity with Software Sales is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office productivity tools to track activities and manage client data.
- Demonstrated negotiation and closing abilities, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Relevant experience in B2B or service sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
