Role: Salesforce Technical Lead Work Location: Remote Hire Type: Contract Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days Years of experience: 7+ years Shift Timing: IST Hours : We are seeking a Salesforce Tech Lead to guide hands-on development for a Salesforce Lightning migration and Patient 360 implementation. This role will translate architecture into build execution, lead developers, review code/configuration, and ensure delivered components are testable, maintainable, and ready for regulated validation.

Primary Location: India Key Responsibilities: ● Lead day-to-day technical delivery for Lightning migration, Patient 360, data migration support, integrations, reporting continuity, and enhancements. ● Break architecture and user stories into development tasks, estimates, technical designs, and build assignments. ● Guide conversion of Visualforce, buttons, page layouts, console patterns, and deprecated workflow patterns into Lightning-aligned solutions. ● Lead development of Apex, LWC where required, Flow/configuration, integration updates, and data-handling logic. ● Review code and configuration for quality, security, performance, maintainability, test coverage, and Salesforce best practices. ● Coordinate Copado/source-control based delivery with the QA team to ensure each build is testable, traceable, and ready for validation activities.



● Support data migration and Patient 360 sync-down implementation, including field mappings, exception handling, and regression checks. ● Mentor developers and provide clear technical guidance across offshore build activities.

Qualifications: ● 7+ years of Salesforce development experience, including technical leadership responsibilities. ● Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce migration, Flow, Salesforce APIs, and Service Cloud/Sales Cloud configuration. ● Experience leading teams through Salesforce Lightning migration or CRM modernization programs. ● Experience with data migration, integrations, reporting impacts, and regression testing. ● Familiarity with regulated delivery, GxP/CSV evidence, or healthcare/life sciences environments preferred. ● Solid communication, estimation, troubleshooting, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
