nRole Overview
nWe are looking for an experienced Informatica Administrator with strong expertise in managing, maintaining, monitoring, and supporting enterprise Informatica environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Informatica platform administration, setting management, user access, monitoring, upgrades, troubleshooting, performance management, and production support. The role will involve working closely with infrastructure, database, application, and data engineering teams to ensure platform availability and stability.
nKey Responsibilities
nInformatica Platform Administration

- Install, configure, and administer Informatica PowerCenter environments.n
- Manage Informatica services, repositories, Integration Services, nodes, and application services.n
- Perform regular health checks and housekeeping of Informatica environments.n
- Monitor Informatica services, workflows, jobs, and system performance.n




- Troubleshoot platform-level issues and ensure timely resolution.n
- Manage Informatica environments across Development, Testing, UAT, and Production.n

nUser & Access Management

- Create, modify, and deactivate Informatica users and accounts.n
- Manage user roles, permissions, and access based on organizational requirements.n
- Support periodic user access reviews and recertification.n
- Manage repository and folder-level access and security.n

nMonitoring & Production Support

- Monitor Informatica workflows, sessions, services, and platform health.n
- Identify and resolve service failures, job failures, connectivity issues, and performance issues.n
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Informatica-related incidents.n
- Coordinate with application, database, infrastructure, and network teams for issue resolution.n
