FREE HUMAN Contemporary Spirituality is a Dubai-based international company creating coaching experiences, transformational events and retreats across India, Germany, Dubai, Thailand and Mallorca.

We are looking for an energetic and highly organised Personal Assistant to work directly with our CEO, Karn Pal Singh—an entrepreneur in personal development and spiritual coaching.

This is a full-time hybrid role for someone who enjoys people, responsibility and making things happen.

What you will do
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel plans and daily priorities
- Prepare notes, follow-ups, checklists, reports and status updates
- Coordinate with trainers, partners, event teams and internal team members
- Maintain Excel sheets, task trackers, participant lists and HubSpot records
- Support events, retreats, applicant coordination and behind-the-scenes call preparation
- Keep operations organised and ensure important tasks are completed on time

This is not a direct sales role and does not require communication with German leads.

Who you are




- Fluent German in speaking and writing, with a B2+ course/certificate
- Based in Delhi NCR or within 50 km of Delhi
- Energetic, confident, organised and strong with people
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and learning new systems
- Available for selected meetings and events in Delhi NCR
- Willing to travel to and temporarily stay in Rishikesh for retreats when required
