Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive / Engineer to develop business across Government Departments, PSUs, private infrastructure organizations, EPC contractors and consultants across J&K.;

Key Responsibilities
- Develop business opportunities with Government Departments, PSUs, institutions and private-sector organizations across J&K.;
- Build and maintain relationships with government officials, engineers, consultants, PMC, EPC contractors, system integrators and procurement teams.
- Conduct regular government office, customer, consultant and project-site visits.
- Identify upcoming projects and opportunities at an early stage.
- Monitor tenders, EOI, RFQ, DPRs, work orders and procurement plans.
- Study tender specifications, BOQs and technical requirements and identify suitable opportunities.
- Identify approved makes, consultants, EPCs, contractors and competitors.
- Develop relationships with consultants and EPCs at the design/specification stage.




- Generate enquiries and convert leads into qualified opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle:
- Lead → Enquiry → Technical Discussion → RFQ → Quotation → Negotiation → Tender → Technical Approval → PO:
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, prospect value, probability, competition, timelines and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams for technical solutions, proposals and tender compliance.
- Understand and promote solutions including PLC/HMI, SCADA, Automation, EMS, PMS, Smart Metering, IoT/Digital Solutions, MCC/PCC/Control Panels and LT/HT Electrical Solutions.
- Understand basic electrical drawings, BOQs, specifications and automation/electrical concepts.
- Prepare/support techno-commercial quotations and participate in negotiations.
- Track technical evaluation, commercial finalization, LOI/LOA, Purchase Orders and collections.
