Role Overview

We are looking for a senior Salesforce specialist to lead solution architecture and delivery across the core CRM platform and Data/AI ecosystem. The selected candidate will own technical architecture, mentor Salesforce engineers, and serve as the primary technical interface for clients and enterprise architects.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.
- Design Sales Cloud solutions covering lead-to-prospect lifecycle, CPQ, forecasting, and Einstein productivity tools.
- Architect Service Cloud solutions involving case management, Omni-Channel routing, Knowledge, and self-service portals.
- Design Data Cloud ingestion pipelines, Data Model Objects (DMOs), identity resolution, segmentation, activation, and unified Customer 360 profiles.
- Build and deploy Data Cloud-grounded Agentforce agents for sales, service, and personalization use cases.
- Define Agentforce Topics, Actions, Prompt Templates, and Trust Layer configurations.
- Lead, mentor, and review the work of the Salesforce engineering team.




- Present architecture decisions and technical recommendations to client stakeholders and enterprise architects.
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce architecture, security, integration, scalability, and governance best practices.

Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proven Salesforce Data Cloud implementation experience.
- Strong knowledge of DMO design, data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.
- Working experience with Agentforce, including Topics, Actions, Prompt Templates, and Trust Layer.
- Strong Salesforce solution architecture and client-facing experience.
- Experience leading and mentoring Salesforce engineering teams.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skill:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, particularly for Data Cloud ingestion and integration design.
