Requirements Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and implement solutions in Salesforce
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance, and Data Engineering teams
- Translate business needs into efficient solutions within Salesforce
- Optimize our Salesforce environment for rapid growth
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices

Must-Have Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- 2 to 4 years of software development experience
- Salesforce Development experience on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, CSS, SOQL/SOSL, API




- Good oral and written communication skills with excellent collaboration skills
- Ability to work on-site at least 3 days a week and work flexible hours to collaborate with global IT and business team members

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the manufacturing domain
- Salesforce Platform Developer 1 Certified
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, including flows, validation rules, and security controls
- Experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems

Knowledge of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies Must-have skills
