Design, develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components

(LWC) and Visualforce where needed.

- Build and maintain complex Salesforce Flows, validation rules, workflows, triggers and

custom objects to automate business processes.
- Own integration implementations and troubleshooting for REST / SOAP APIs, OAuth 2.0,

middleware or direct API calls; implement resilient error handling and retry logic.
- Implement, deploy, and support Agent force solutions in production: configuration,

governance, security reviews, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, estimate work, and produce

high-quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues (data,



automation, integrations) in high usage environments.
- Participate actively in architecture and design reviews with technical architects; ensure

adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
- Write and maintain unit tests, perform code reviews, and collaborate on continuous

improvement of development processes.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployments (Salesforce DX, Git-based workflows, DevOps

Centre/Copado or similar).
- Mentor junior developers, provide constructive code review feedback, and share knowledge across the team
