As a Salesforce CG Cloud, Senior Associate-AES Operate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others.

You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing increased ambiguity.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using reflection to enhance your strengths and address development areas. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, contributing to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.





Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that optimize operational efficiency
- Providing technical consultation and support for seamless integration of Salesforce applications
- Developing training materials to enhance client understanding and utilization of Salesforce tools
- Implementing technology solutions using Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
- Managing systems projects and coordinating enterprise integration efforts
- Utilizing analytical thinking to inform insights and recommendations for business process improvements
- Collaborating with teams to develop innovative designs and embrace emerging technologies
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with PwC's code of conduct
- Navigating complex situations to build meaningful client relationships and inspire team members
- Anticipating client and team needs to deliver quality solutions and foster personal growth

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Navigating complex client relationships and delivering tailored solutions
- Utilizing Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud for client engagements
- Developing training materials to enhance team capabilities
- Implementing technology solutions that drive business process improvements
- Excelling in analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights
