Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce.

Strong understanding of Salesforce features, including Sales Cloud,

Service Cloud, Reports/Dashboards, Flows, and automation tools.

Ability to create detailed documentation: BRDs, FRDs, user stories,

process maps.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Handson experience in writing user stories, functional specifications,

and UAT plans .

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and design walkthroughs.

Strong documentation and presentation skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio/Lucid chart, Word)

Key Responsibilities

Gather, document, and analyse business requirements from stakeholders across departments.





Conduct detailed discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand pain points, workflows, goals, and existing system challenges .

Translate business needs into wellstructured BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria .

Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Admins, and Architects to ensure that technical design aligns with business objectives.

Translate business needs into transparent user stories, use cases, and functional specifications for Salesforce solutions.

Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, and architects to ensure successful solution delivery.

Assist with backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT testing.

Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement validation sessions.

Create process flows, data models, and mockups to support solution design.

Develop training materials and conduct user training when needed.

Monitor postimplementation adoption and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Stay up to date on Salesforce platform enhancements and recommend relevant improvements.
