Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect with 8+ years of relevant experience to design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions for our Energy & Utilities client.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud , along with experience translating business requirements into robust technical solutions. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and developers to ensure high-quality Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Translate functional and business requirements into technical designs and scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
- Work extensively with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud .
- Define technical architecture, development standards, and best practices for Salesforce solutions.
- Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
- Participate in Salesforce implementation, integration, customization, and enhancement activities.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with business requirements.
- Support Salesforce releases,



deployments, and production implementation activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Salesforce development and deployment processes.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience
- Strong experience with Salesforce Architecture
- Hands-on expertise in Apex
- Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud
- Strong knowledge of Service Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce customization and implementation
- Ability to convert functional requirements into technical designs
- Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices and design patterns
- Experience conducting or leading code reviews

Preferred Skills
- Experience with GitHub
- Experience with DevOps tools
- Salesforce CI/CD and deployment processes
- Salesforce integration experience
- Experience with release management and source control
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Energy & Utilities domain experience is highly preferred

Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be a Salesforce Technical Architect / Salesforce Solution Architect / Salesforce Architect with strong hands-on development knowledge.

A robust profile will have:

Candidates with prior experience supporting Energy & Utilities clients will be preferred.
