About The Role

Indsafri is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to join their dynamic team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic architectural leadership and hands-on Salesforce development expertise. This role involves designing scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions while actively participating in Apex development, Lightning Web Components, and declarative configurations.

The Salesforce

Architect will serve as a technical leader, guiding project teams and stakeholders through complex solution design and implementation processes. The position offers an initial contract duration of three months, with a strong potential for extension based on project needs and performance. The role demands a proactive individual capable of balancing high-level architecture with practical coding, ensuring seamless integration and optimal platform performance.





Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to hands-on Salesforce platform work. Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and technical leadership is essential. Candidates must demonstrate proven experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules, and Validation Rules is required. Additionally, experience with Salesforce integration patterns, including REST API, SOAP API, OAuth, and middleware solutions, is crucial. Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are also necessary.

Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Application Architect, or System Architect will be considered a plus.

- Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.
- Provide architectural leadership by guiding best practices, platform capabilities, and integration strategies.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards, quality benchmarks,



and best practices.
- Perform hands-on development, including configuration, customization, and coding within the Salesforce platform.
- Conduct solution design reviews, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles and overall technical strategy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently, minimizing system downtime and ensuring optimal performance.
- Stay current with the latest Salesforce features, industry trends, and best practices to continually enhance platform capabilities.
