We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud Developer to design, develop, configure, and enhance Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and configure solutions using Salesforce Communications Cloud.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Work with OmniStudio and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues.
- Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Act as an SME, provide technical guidance, and mentor team members.
- Follow Salesforce best practices, Agile, and SDLC methodologies.
