Are you a results-driven sales leader who excels at consultative financial sales and building high-performing teams? Ridoji is looking for an experienced Tele-Sales Team Lead to join our team in Noida!

In this role, you will lead our B2C retail investor sales team, helping prospective investors unlock structured monthly returns through our EV Rental Investment Model.

Location: Noida

Department: B2C / Sales

Experience: 3+ years in B2C inside sales/tele-sales with strong Team Lead experience

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Mentor and direct a team of 20–30 tele-sales executives through daily huddles, coaching, and performance reviews.

Target & Revenue Ownership: Own and exceed monthly conversion targets and EV scooter investment contract closures.

Objection Handling: Equip your team to articulate ROI models, asset security, and risk mitigation effectively.

CRM Governance:



Oversee lead lifecycle management, pipeline hygiene, and timely lead engagement.

Analytics & Reporting: Track key call metrics and conversion ratios to provide structured updates to leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven track record in consultative financial sales, ROI modeling, and payback timelines.

Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms and cloud telephony systems.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.

High analytical mindset and a passion for quick-paced, high-growth environments.
