We’re hiring a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams within a large enterprise Salesforce Service Cloud environment.

You’ll own requirements from discovery through delivery, translating business needs into user stories and functional specifications while driving process mapping, stakeholder alignment, and UAT.

- Translate business needs into user stories, BRDs & acceptance criteria
- Map current/future-state processes using BPMN, swimlanes & data flows
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture & QA teams
- Lead UAT planning, testing & defect triage
- Analyze systems, data flows and integration requirements
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
- Work with Salesforce Service Cloud and enterprise CRM processes

? MUST-HAVE — CRUCIAL REQUIREMENTS

? 5+ years Business Analyst experience

? Strong requirements elicitation & documentation

? Strong business process modeling & analysis

? Strong stakeholder management

? Strong UAT planning, coordination & defect management

✅ Salesforce / CRM or comparable enterprise platform experience

✅ Integrations, data flows & APIs

✅ Jira & Confluence

✅ Agile/Scrum

✅ Excellent written & verbal communication

✅ Upper-Intermediate English
