Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to support our sales team with day-to-day sales activities and processes. The role involves coordinating with the Sales and Business Development teams, improving sales processes, and helping the team work more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the sales team with day-to-day sales activities and administration.
- Assist with sales orders and follow up on order-related requirements.
- Identify issues or delays in the sales process and suggest practical solutions.
- Help maintain and improve sales processes.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Business Development teams on daily requirements.
- Assist in setting and tracking sales objectives and performance measures.
- Respond to sales-related questions and provide necessary support to team members.
- Identify areas where the sales team may need additional support or training.
- Assist with sales training materials and suggest improvements where required.




- Monitor sales processes and help ensure that tasks are completed on time.
- Stay updated with sales practices and contribute ideas for improving team productivity.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination, Sales Operations or a similar role.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work closely with sales and business development teams.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
