Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, and social media platforms to drive business growth.
- Identify potential customers' needs and provide solutions using our products/services.
- Build robust relationships with existing clients to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to achieve sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-1 year of experience in B2B sales or field sales preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.Tech or MBA).
- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction over phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis and presentation preparation.
