- Handle daily office administration and coordinate routine office activities.
- Maintain employee attendance, records, documents, files, and office reports.
- Manage incoming calls, enquiries, visitors, and client communications professionally.
- Coordinate with different departments and ensure smooth internal communication.
- Maintain booking, enquiry, client follow-up, and pending-work records accurately.
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, equipment requirements, and vendor coordination.
- Assist management with documentation, scheduling, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Maintain proper records of bills, invoices, payments, receipts, and office expenses.
- Coordinate interviews, employee onboarding, and basic HR-related administrative activities.




- Follow up with clients and internal teams regarding pending tasks and appointments.
- Maintain a professional, clean, and organized office environment.
- Ensure confidential company and client information is handled securely.
- Support management in other administrative responsibilities whenever required.

Qualification
- Any Degree
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Required Skills
- Good communication skills
- Tamil & English communication
- Basic computer knowledge
- MS Word / Excel / Google Sheets knowledge preferred
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities
