Real Estate Sales Executive

Experience: 1–2 years in Real Estate Sales preferred

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable properties, and converting prospects into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
- Understand clients’ property requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Present and explain property details, pricing, amenities, and investment benefits.
- Arrange and conduct property/site visits for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Negotiate with clients and assist them throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/customer information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth booking and closing process.




- Stay updated on local real estate market trends and competing projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.
