Role Overview

We are looking for a Homecare Sales Specialist who can drive customer acquisition and revenue for our homecare services. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with families, understanding healthcare requirements, converting enquiries into customers, and maintaining strong relationships throughout the service journey.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Conversion & Sales

- Handle leads generated through WhatsApp, calls, website, social media, referrals and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate homecare services.
- Convert enquiries into paid customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up systematically with prospective customers until closure.
- Prepare quotations and service proposals and negotiate within approved pricing.

2. Homecare Service Sales

Sell and promote

- Attendant / Caregiver services
- Nursing at Home
- Doctor Home Visits
- Physiotherapy at Home
- Home ICU Setup
- Medical equipment and related services
- Elder care membership plans
- Other ElderBlissCare services

3. Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain regular communication with customers and their families.
- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed cases to the Operations team.
- Track customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
- Handle basic customer concerns and coordinate with Operations for resolution.

4. Business Development

- Generate business through RWAs, hospitals, doctors, clinics, senior citizen communities and referral partners.
- Develop relationships with local influencers and healthcare professionals.




- Participate in health camps, RWA activities and community outreach programs.
- Identify new opportunities for expanding ElderBlissCare's presence across Delhi NCR.

5. Sales Reporting & CRM

- Maintain accurate lead and customer records.
- Update CRM/lead management systems regularly.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports.
- Track enquiries, conversions, follow-ups, revenue and lost leads.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly revenue achievement
- Number of qualified leads handled
- Lead-to-customer conversion rate
- New customers acquired
- Follow-up efficiency
- Repeat/referral business
- Average revenue per customer
- CRM and reporting discipline

Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2 years in sales; experience in healthcare, homecare, insurance, hospital, diagnostic or other service businesses preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with senior citizens and their families.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of Delhi NCR.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel locally for meetings and business development.

Working Details Location: Noida / Delhi NCR

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Saturday

Reporting To: Founder / Business Head

Compensation: Fixed salary + performance incentive, based on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
