Corporate Thalam 25 (CT25) runs a 5.0 rated podcast and video studio in Vadapalani, Chennai, along with video production and digital marketing services for clients in Chennai and Dubai. The studio gets enquiries every day.

About the role

Own studio bookings end to end. Every enquiry that comes in on WhatsApp or phone is yours: answer it within minutes, convert it into a confirmed paid booking, keep the calendar clash free, coordinate shoot days and follow up for reviews and rebookings. You are part salesperson, part air traffic controller, and speed is the whole job.

What you will do

- Reply to every studio enquiry within minutes during your shift
- Convert enquiries into paid bookings and collect advances
- Run the booking calendar and brief the studio operator for each session
- Follow up after shoots for Google reviews and repeat bookings
- Send the founders a short weekly report on leads, bookings and revenue

What we are looking for

- Fluent Tamil and English, spoken and written. Non negotiable,



clients switch between both
- Comfortable holding a price and closing without a script
- Organised with calendars and sheets, nothing slips
- Available on an agreed roster within 10:00 to 22:00, weekends by rotation
- Sales, front office, hospitality or any booking driven background is great. No studio experience needed

Pay Fixed monthly salary plus an incentive per confirmed booking. Good converters earn meaningfully above the base.
