Role Description The Sales Operations Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. The role involves analyzing sales data, tracking performance metrics, and producing reports and dashboards that support decision-making for the sales and leadership teams. The analyst will manage and optimize sales processes, support forecasting and pipeline management, and ensure accurate and timely data entry in CRM and related systems.

Responsibilities include collaborating with sales, marketing, and finance to streamline operations, identify growth opportunities, and improve efficiency. The role also requires preparing regular business reviews,



supporting incentive and commission calculations, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in sales operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and present findings clearly.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Operations skills to understand pipelines, processes, CRM usage, and performance management.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills to support budgeting, revenue analysis, and incentive/commission calculations.
- Proficiency in Excel or other spreadsheet tools; experience with CRM platforms and data visualization tools is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented workplace.
- Prior experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related analytics role is an advantage.
